Cancellation Policy

We know that your plans may change, so this policy explains how order cancellations work at The Quick Kart in a clear and simple way.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation before your order leaves our warehouse.

To cancel your order, contact us through one of the official support channels listed below:

Please share your order number when you contact us.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and start a full refund within 1–2 business days. The amount will return to your original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent on Instagram, Facebook, or any platform outside our support channels will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still want to cancel, please accept the delivery and then request a return based on our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

Cash-on-delivery orders may require confirmation by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.

  • Repeated cancellations may lead to the removal of the COD payment option on your account.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will start a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations

We may cancel an order in situations such as:

  • The product is no longer available

  • The address provided is incomplete or invalid

  • The order is marked as suspicious or risky by the payment gateway

If this happens, we will notify you and send a full refund (if payment was made).
