1. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 3–5 days across India. Remote locations may take slightly longer.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping Pan-India on all orders.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using UPI, cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking link by SMS or email. You can check the movement of your package anytime.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective items. A return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery, along with a full unboxing video.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are allowed only for wrong items. Size-based exchanges are not available unless clearly mentioned on the product page.

8. How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. They usually reflect within 8–15 business days after approval.
